Investment in Chocznia

The investment area of Barleda Poland is located directly at the national road No. 52. The investment area is rectangular in shape, in its northern part there is an Orlen petrol station and the Swojskie Jadło restaurant.

The convenient location of the site allows for the creation of a large service and commercial center and supporting infrastructure. The visualization of the development of the area provides for the construction of a U-shaped or L-shaped complex. Thanks to the intelligent development of space, the investment offers space for a large-area supermarket, DIY store and other retail outlets.

The project allows it to be adapted to the needs of investors and local people. Part of the land is adjacent to the railway area, thanks to which there is space for production and storage facilities.
